Viewing Instructions for the NIH Town Hall

• On-Campus Viewers (including NIH remote office buildings):
  A wired NIH network connection is recommended for the best viewing experience.
• Remote Viewers (off-campus):
  For the best experience, connect to your local wired network rather than a wireless connection for optimal viewing. Do not connect to the NIH VPN while watching the event.
• Need Technical Help?
  If you experience technical issues during the live event, please submit a ticket through ServiceNow for assistance.
• Missed the Live Event?
  A recording will be available to the NIH community within 24–48 hours after the event concludes.
